Jodie Roussell

Chief Executive Officer

Ms. Roussell has previously served as Head of Public Affairs for Europe, Africa & Latin American for Trina Solar and as Vice-President of the Board of Solar Power Europe. She served as a member of the E15 Experts Group on Clean Energy Trade Policy, and the International Energy Agency’s Energy Business Council.

Previously she was Head of Energy Utilities & Technology at the World Economic Forum, where she was a Global Leadership Fellow. She served as Head of Strategy for JA Solar, and co-founded the American Council on Renewable Energy in Washington, DC.  

Ms Roussell holds a B.S. from Georgetown University, and an MBA from IMD. She speaks 6 languages including English, German, Mandarin Chinese, French and Spanish.




Felicia Mester

Ms. Mester has previously served as a Foreign Affairs and Policy Expert with the National Commission for Financial Markets of Moldova, and as an Intern with Lukoil. 

She holds a B.A. from the University of Exeter and speaks 4 languages including Romanian, English, French, and Russian. 



Mark Riedy

Mark J. Riedy is a Partner at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP in Washington, DC and Co-leads its Energy, Project Finance & Clean Technologies Practice of more than 80 attorneys. For more than 40 years, he has focused his practice on complex project development and finance, private placement, M&A, investment fund structuring and related investments, and regulatory and legislative compliance representation in more than 60 countries worldwide for renewable and clean conventional energy and chemicals, clean energy technology, energy storage, data center, environmental and infrastructure clients. His clients represent developers, lenders, EPCs, O&Ms, equipment providers, private equity, venture capital and infrastructure funds.

Mr. Riedy received his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center and graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Summa cum laude from the University of Michigan with a B.A.


Sebastian Remøy

Sebastian is head of KREAB’s global public affairs practice, and he also leads the Trade, Competition and Digital team in the consultancy’s Brussels office. In addition, he manages KREAB’s Brexit team. Sebastian is European Chair of the Trans-Atlantic Business Council’s (TABC) Brexit Working Group.

Before coming to KREAB, Sebastian was Senior Officer at the EEA Coordination Division of the EFTA Secretariat. He was Secretary to EFTA’s Horizontal Group on the Lisbon Strategy and the Internal Market Strategy, coordinating input from the EFTA states’ on strategic development of the Single Market. Sebastian was EFTA’s representative on the EU’s Internal Market Advisory Committee, and was elected President of the EFTA Secretariat Staff Association.

Prior to EFTA, Sebastian was Senior Trade Specialist at the US International Trade Administration, working in the embassies in London and Oslo - where he was Deputy Head of the Commercial Section. Sebastian started his professional career in Washington DC, firstly at the Centre for Strategic and International Studies, and then in the US Congress advising House and Senate committees on the EU's Single Market Initiative. He is a dual Norwegian/American citizen, who was brought up and educated in the UK.
