Philipp Matter is President of GCL SI Europe and Americas, a Tier 1 provider of sustainable solar solutions. He leads the company’s expansion across Europe, driving innovation in solar technology for both commercial and residential markets. With over 20 years of experience in the solar industry, Philipp is known for his strategic mindset, operational expertise, and commitment to sustainability. Prior to GCL SI, he held senior roles at JA Solar and BMI Group, building a strong track record in scaling renewable energy solutions. He holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Technical University of Vienna and is a frequent speaker on renewable energy trends.​
