Hailing from Meishan, Sichuan, Liu Hanyuan is an alumnus of Peking University’s Guanghua School of Management, where he earned his EMBA. He holds the title of senior engineer and currently serves as a Deputy to the NPC, Vice Chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Tongwei Group.
