Charlotte is an organisational development professional with a background in operations, strategy, and leadership support. She has extensive experience helping mission-driven organisations operate effectively, transparently, and sustainably.

Charlotte brings a practical, people-centred approach to operations that supports organisational resilience and a positive working culture.

Previously, she has supported Executive Directors at world-leading think tanks, including the Pandemic Action Network and E3G, and was previously part of the Secretariat responsible for organising London Climate Action Week.

She lives in Somerset, UK and the proud owner of 12 solar panels.
