Solar Sister is a social enterprise that economically empowers women in rural Africa by training and supporting them to build their own clean energy businesses. Through a women-centered direct sales network, local entrepreneurs bring affordable solar products and clean energy solutions to underserved communities, helping reduce energy poverty, improve health and education outcomes, and combat climate change.
