Lindsey Jackson

People & Culture Officer

Lindsey Jackson is the People & Culture Officer at the Global Solar Council, where she supports GSC’s international team by creating the structures, support and working environment people need to do their best work.

Lindsey has extensive experience across HR, people management and organisational operations, with a career spanning the charity and not-for-profit sector, including senior leadership roles spanning people, finance, governance and organisational development. She is CIPD qualified and passionate about creating inclusive, supportive workplaces where people feel valued, have opportunities to grow and can thrive.

At GSC, Lindsey supports the full employee experience, from recruitment and onboarding through to learning and development, wellbeing and organisational culture. Her work helps ensure that, as GSC grows as a global organisation, its people have the support and opportunities they need to succeed.
